What is the IonCube Encoder?

The IonCube Encoder is a program used by AOsite to protect certain source files from Copyright infringement and abuse, which only leads to increased development costs. Our aim is to ensure that AOsite remains an easy to use, flexible program which everyone can afford.

The IonCube loader is easy to use, and in most cases, needs no adjustment to function. Simply ensure that the proper loader bundle for your system is placed in the AOsite subfolder labeled 'ioncube', and the program does the rest.

Since most AOsite installations are on Linux based computer systems, the Ioncube linux loader comes standard with all AOsite packages. However some do use other systems including Windows, Solaris, and various flavors of the BSD operating system. For those who use an operating system other than Lunix, we offer easy access to the other ioncube loaders. The loader are FREE, and require no signup or other obligation to use.
